CARROLL MEDICAL LIBRARY Library Information Established in 1974, the Carroll Medical Library houses a core collection of textbooks, journals, and audio-visual materials. The Library provides easy access to numerous resources for the AHEC faculty, residents, staff, and students as well as area health care professionals. In addition, consumers in the seven county area have access to the libraries resources which include a special consumer health collection. The Library works in partnership with the UAMS Library and the six other Arkansas AHEC Libraries. A variety of services are provided including mediated literature searches for health care professionals, reference services, interlibrary loan services, database training, library tours, and materials for patient education. The library is staffed Monday through Friday from 8:00 - 5:00. Links:
